- Abstract
- Strengthening technological sovereignty is one of the key tasks in the implementation of measures to achieve the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030. In this regard, the development and establishment of production of a wide range of domestic materials, including of highly pure ones, in the shortest possible time for the needs of the microelectronic industry becoms extremely urgent. The authors present the main problems and ways of developing the production of such substances and materials. The article is based on a report heard at a meeting of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences on the role of chemistry and materials sciences in ensuring technological sovereignty of Russia.
