- Abstract
- The General Meeting of Members of the RAS notes that the activities of the Academy during the reporting period were carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 253-FZ of September 27, 2013, On the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Reorganization of State Academies of Sciences and Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation and the RAS Charter and was aimed at implementing the strategic directions of the country’s development, defined in the messages of President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin of 2018−2021 and 2023 and decrees of the President of the Russian Federation, as well as at developing science in the Russian Federation and increasing the potential, efficiency, and performance of scientific research, including with account account for the large-scale sanctions against Russia. The General Meeting of RAS members adopted a resolution.
